The Grand Strand’s favorite tail-wagging tradition is back! 

Last year, we sniffed. We explored. We wagged. And we had SO much fun. We’re ready to do it all again at Sniffari on the Strand!

But what exactly is a sniffari? 👃🐶

Think of it as a one-mile adventure designed with your dog in mind. Instead of simply walking from point A to point B, your pup gets to slow down, follow their nose, explore fun sniff stations, and experience the beach in a whole new way. And that sniffing? It’s more than just cute. Letting dogs sniff and explore at their own pace provides mental enrichment, encourages natural behaviors, and can turn an ordinary walk into a seriously rewarding adventure.

Add in our beautiful beach, dozens of happy pups, fun activities, prizes, a whole community of people who absolutely get why dogs make life better, and you’ve got a morning made for making memories.

Want the full Sniffari experience? Register by October 21 to snag your event T-shirt and swag bag! Dog bandanas will also be available for purchase through October 21.

Tickets are $30 per person (not per dog) or two for $50. Participants are welcome to bring more than one dog as long as they’re able to safely handle them together around other dogs. All dogs must be on leashes (7 ft or less) and pet parents must pick up pet waste. 

 
**This is a rain or shine event.  All payments are donations to The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach and are non-refundable. If the event is canceled, t-shirts and bandanas will be mailed.
