The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach (“HSNMB") is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect phone numbers, name, and email verbally when communicating with the customer on the phone. We offer verbally the ability to opt-in or opt-out at that time.
Data Use
Data collected will be used to communicate with the customer about their needs and to improve awareness of the office schedule.
Third-Party Access
No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out Options
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. Contact us via the phone number, or email at anytime to remove:
- see what data we have about you, if any;
- change/correct any data we have about you;
- ask us to delete any data we have about you; and/or
- opt out of future communications from us.
Security Measures
We take certain appropriate security measures to help protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and HSNMB does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
