Pets Light Up Our Lives! is an event to honor our pets; past, present and future. Please join us, with or without your pet, on December 16 at 6:00 pm in McLean Park. There will be Christmas music, refreshments, gift basket raffles and a blessing of the animals in addition to the tree lighting. All pets that attend will receive a Christmas gift. Lights can be purchased for $10 per animal between now and December 13th. Lights can also be purchased at the ceremony. White lights are for those who have died. Red lights are for those still with us. Blue lights are for the over 200 future pets in our shelter.
ALSO AVAILABLE Commemorative Christmas Ornaments! Porcelain ornament with your pets photo and “Pets Light Up Our Lives 2017” printed on the front. Ornaments are $10 and must be purchased no later than December 13th. We will contact you for your photo. Ornaments will be available for pick-up at the tree lighting or at the shelter after the event. Great Gift Idea!
