Cook-Off Prize: $500
Set up times: 7:30-9:00 a.m. *Cook-Off participants must be set up and ready to serve by 11:00 a.m.
All cooks must be compliant with current DHEC offsite festival regulations and have hand sanitizer and gloves at each station. Individual portion size is limited to a 6 oz. cup. Participants are responsible for providing their own food ingredients and equipment used in preparation. Onsite cooking is permitted. 20 amp electrical outlets are provided. Vendors must provide their own extension cords (100 ft. recommended).
Restrooms, hand washing stations, forks/spoons, napkins, and 6 oz. serving cups will be available to each cook-off participant.
Estimated attendance: 1500 – 2000 (based on 2022 attendance)
