Cindy came to our shelter with the intention of adopting a kitten after her beloved cat had passed away 7 months prior. She ended up bonding with Heidi, a 7 year old cat whose human had passed away. Tugging at her heartstrings, Cindy couldn’t pass up the opportunity to adopt Heidi. Cindy says it’s the best decision she has ever made, and she urges everyone to take a chance on an older cat.
