After losing their beloved cat Espresso to cancer far too soon, Terry and her husband wer heartbroken. As the months passed, the silence in their home became overwhelming, and their hearts still had room to love again.Terry initially fell in love with Anastasia, formerly known as Lightening. Although Anastasia had to stay behind briefly due to a medical issue, Terry patiently waited until she was ready to come home. During that time, Terry and her husband decided one cat simply wouldn’t be enough. That’s when Isabel, formerly known as Mops, entered the picture and found her forever home too.
Though Anastasia and Isabel came to the shelter separately, it didn’t take long for them to become inseparable. Their very first adventure together was the ride home, with a stop at the vet to get acquainted and checked over. Since then, the pair has turned their new home into one giant playground filled with love, fun, and companionship.
