Hi everyone, it’s Wilson here, your favorite four-pawed, tail-wagging tour guide from The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach!
Today, I want to tell you about my latest adventure with Serenity, who is one awesome gal, and did I mention she looks paws-itively fabulous in a Halloween costume? We kicked things off at Barefoot Landing, where Serenity got to debut her amazing Halloween outfit. She decided to go as a pumpkin, because she is literally the cutest pumpkin in North Myrtle Beach. I swear, every time someone saw her, they couldn’t help but “awww.” Serenity was soaking it all up, smiling, wagging her tail, and giving everyone the ol’ puppy dog eyes (she’s a pro at that).
While we strutted around Barefoot Landing, Serenity got to see so many cool shops and people. I made sure to bark loud and clear that Serenity is still looking for a home to call her own. We even practiced our trick-or-treat routine—she’d sit, I’d wag, she’d bat her puppy dog eyes, and bam! We got more “awwws” and a few treats!
For our grand finale, we headed over to Faux Paws, where we celebrated a day well spent with some of the best doggy treats around! Serenity was in her happy place, her tail doing its happy wiggle as she munched down on her favorite Chicken Chips. I mean, is there a better way to end a day than with yummy snacks?
I hope someone out there sees Serenity and realizes she’d make the best Halloween trick-or-treat buddy, all year long. After all, she’s not only a cute little pumpkin but also a sweet, loving pup just waiting for her forever family.
Until next time, have a howling good time!
Woofingly yours,
Wilson
