My fiance and I adopted Miss Leela, formerly known as Misty. I was visiting my mother a while back and came to visit the cats at the shelter with my aunt. This gorgeous little girl just could not keep her paws to herself! Paw was constantly trying to reach out and grab us. I went back to VA and could not stop thinking about her. We were, at the time, in no position to get an animal. Well, lo and behold we ended up moving back to the area and we were ready. She had her eye surgery thank you to the amazing people who donated and all the workers at the Humane Society, everything went well and as you can see she looks amazing! Since she has been home she has totally blossomed into a new kitten! She loves attention from anyone, she’s never met a stranger! Playful as ever and she loves to talk to us! We were so lucky that she found us!
