Back in July 2018, Kathy and her family visited HSNMB after losing their beloved dog of ten years. They came to meet a pup they’d seen on our website, but as fate would have it, a volunteer suggested they meet Tammy instead.
Tammy was a little older than what they were initially looking for, but when Tammy strolled out, she gave them a look that said, “Here we go again. Out for a quick look and back in the cage.” Only this time, things were different. They chose her. 
From the very first night, Tammy proved to be a perfect lady. She’s enjoyed countless walks, car rides, and love-filled days with her family. Kathy shared, “We are very glad she is part of our family.”
