Clyde’s journey to his forever home began on New Year’s Eve 2022, when this sweet, friendly pup was found and brought to us for safety and care. From the moment he arrived, it was clear Clyde had a loving heart and a bright future ahead, and he didn’t have to wait long for it.
That future came in the form of Ellen and Brent, longtime friends of our shelter who had previously adopted their beloved pup, Mickey, from us years ago. After Mickey sadly passed away, their home felt empty, but their hearts were ready to love again. So ready, in fact, that they drove 7 hours to come meet Clyde.
It was a perfect match. Clyde quickly became part of their family and has been filling their home with happiness ever since. As Ellen shared with us, “Clyde has brought us such joy! Thank you to HSNMB for caring for these pups. The love they get from the staff is a bridge to a loving home. Thank you all!”
